I am a wife and mom of two incredible boys, and a former Texas teacher and administrator. After my second child was born, I felt called to pour into and nurture children in a different way—and that’s how The Playpen was born. I believe the classroom isn’t the only place to take risks, build community, and form meaningful connections. The Playpen was created as a safe, welcoming space for all families to gather, make friends, and grow together.
